We are looking for a proactive

Sales Assistant

to support the sales function by managing enquiries, quotations, follow-ups, and basic reporting. The role is critical in ensuring no sales opportunity is missed due to lack of follow-up or documentation.

This role suits someone who is disciplined, communicative, and comfortable working with data, calls, and coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain records of customer enquiries, quotations, and orders Follow up with clients via calls, WhatsApp, and email Assist in preparing and sending quotations and confirmations Track deal stages and update follow-up status regularly Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, availability, and dispatch Prepare daily/weekly sales follow-up reports Ensure systematic documentation of customer interactions Support sales head/management in closing and post-order coordination

Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate preferred (Commerce / Business background is an advantage) Clear communication skills in Hindi and basic English Good working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets Comfortable with calling clients and follow-up work Organized and detail-focused

Salary

?15,000 - ?35,000 per month (based on experience)
