Schedule and coordinate appointments with clients.
Prepare and maintain accurate sales records, reports, and presentations.
Manage customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information.
Coordinate open houses and other sales events.
Provide excellent customer service to potential and existing clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and referral sources.
Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally as per guidelines of the sales manager.
Work closely with sales manager to achieve sales target.
Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Graduate/Post graduate
Atleast 01 year of experience in a sales or customer service role preferred, but not compulsory.
Freshers with a good personality and good communication skills can also apply.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Real estate knowledge is a plus, but not compulsory.
Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
