Job Role & Responsibilities:

Assist the Sales Executive in customer handling and the overall sales process. Support in showing product demos to clients, including occasionally installing tiles under the guidance of the Sales Executive. Help with changing/updating showroom displays and tile arrangements. Assist in billing, order processing, and documentation. Support in stock checking and inventory updates. Occasionally help in loading/unloading tiles or materials from vehicles. Handle basic customer queries, follow-ups, and calls. Assist the Sales Executive in maintaining sales records and reports. Ensure the store/showroom is always neat, clean, and professional.

Requirements:

Minimum 12th pass (Graduate preferred). Good communication skills and a customer-friendly personality. Experience in Tiles/Building Material industry is an advantage, but freshers can also apply. Presentable and cooperative nature. Basic computer knowledge (Excel/Word) preferred.
