IndiaRENTALZ, a trusted IT rental brand with over 25 years of experience, is looking for energetic and motivated Sales Interns / Executives to join our growing team.
You'll be working closely with our Enterprise Sales Team to handle customer inquiries, documentation, quotations, and coordination with internal departments. This is a great opportunity to learn B2C and B2B sales, CRM usage, and enterprise client communication in the IT hardware and rental industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound leads from the website, IVR, WhatsApp, and email.
Understand customer requirements and note down device specifications and rental duration.
Assist in collecting and verifying KYC and documentation.
Coordinate with internal teams (operations, logistics, accounts) for order processing.
Maintain all lead details and updates in the CRM.
Take post-delivery customer feedback and record insights.
Support the sales team in preparing reports, quotations, and basic follow-ups.
Requirements:
0-1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or coordination (freshers can apply).
Strong communication and follow-up skills (written and verbal).
Basic knowledge of
IT hardware (laptops, desktops, MacBooks)
preferred.
Familiar with Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
Proactive, organized, and eager to learn.
Graduate or pursuing graduation in Business / Marketing / IT / Commerce.
