Job Summary:

We are seeking a well-spoken and customer-oriented

Sales Assistant

to join our jewellery store team. The ideal candidate will assist customers in selecting jewellery, provide detailed product information, and ensure a premium in-store experience that aligns with our brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and attend to customers in a professional and courteous manner Assist customers in selecting jewellery based on their preferences and budget Provide detailed information about products including materials, certifications, and care instructions Build customer relationships to encourage repeat business Handle billing and transactions using the POS system Maintain cleanliness and display standards of showcases and store layout Help with stock replenishment, inventory checks, and daily reporting Ensure security and care when handling high-value items Stay informed about current jewellery trends, collections, and promotions

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Graduate Prior retail or jewellery sales experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills High attention to detail and presentation Trustworthy, punctual, and team-oriented Willingness to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays if required
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
