to join our cake shop team. The CSA will be responsible for assisting customers, handling orders, and ensuring excellent customer service both in-store and over phone/online platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers politely and understand their cake and bakery requirements
Assist customers in selecting cakes, pastries, and customized orders
Take orders accurately (walk-in, phone and online orders)
Coordinate with bakers for customized cake designs and delivery timelines
Handle billing, cash, UPI, and card payments
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the counter and display area
Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally
Update daily sales records and order details
Ensure proper packaging of cakes and bakery items
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum qualification: 12th pass
Good communication skills (local language & basic English preferred)
Friendly, polite, and customer-focused attitude
Basic knowledge of billing systems or willingness to learn
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and festivals
