Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic, goal-oriented, and customer-focused

Sales Executive

to join our team. The ideal candidate e for generating new leads, driving sales growth, and building strong customer relationships to support the company's revenue objectives.

Key Responsibilities:



Generate sales and achieve monthly/quarterly targets Identify and approach new potential customers Conduct product/service presentations and explain offerings clearly Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions Perform market research and identify new business opportunities Maintain regular communication with existing clients to ensure satisfaction Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports Work closely with the marketing and operations teams

Requirements:



12th Pass / Graduate (Business or Marketing background is a plus) 0-3 years of sales experience (Freshers are welcome) Strong communication and negotiation skills Basic understanding of sales and marketing techniques Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
