Tridum VISTA 360 is a fast-growing engineering visualisation company working with OEMs and engineering firms across the USA, Canada, UK, and Western Europe. We help organisations communicate complex engineering concepts through high-end 3D visualisation, technical animations, and digital experiences.
We are expanding our global sales pipeline and are looking for a Sales Administrator with strong written communication skills, excellent organisation, and a disciplined follow-up culture.
NOTE: This is a non-speaking / client-facing role, ideal for someone who prefers written communication but wants solid international sales exposure.
What You Will Do (Detailed Responsibilities)
1. Bespoke Cold Outreach (NOT bulk campaigns)
Send 15 personalised, researched, well-crafted outreach emails per day to engineering companies, OEMs, and industrial decision-makers.
Research each company's products, industry, and pain points before writing.
Track opens, replies, and positive engagements in CRM.
2. CRM Management & Sales Administration
Maintain a 100% clean CRM with updated notes, follow-ups, and next steps.
Log all activities, meeting outcomes, and changes in lead status.
Prepare weekly sales summaries and pipeline updates for the Sales Manager / CSO.
Organise documents, capability decks, quotations, proposals, and follow-up templates.
3. Meeting Support (Silent Participant)
Schedule meetings with prospects in US/Canada/Europe.
Join meetings as a silent attendee -- observing, taking notes, and capturing details.
Prepare and circulate Minutes of Meeting (MoM) within 12 hours of the meeting.
Track action items internally and ensure timely follow-up.
4. Proposal & Quotation Assistance
Assist in drafting quotations, proposals, capability presentations, and emails.
Format and refine documents for US/EU business standards.
Maintain a well-organised library of past proposals and templates.
5. Research & Lead Intelligence
Identify new industries and prospect categories relevant to 3D visualisation.
Track competitor activity and maintain a "prospect research sheet."
Research contact details, company profiles, product lines, and decision-makers.
Required Skills
Excellent English writing skills, crisp, error-free, and professional.
Strong research skills (LinkedIn, company websites, engineering terminology).
Comfortable working entirely through written communication (email & chat).
Strong organisational discipline & ability to track multiple conversations.
Familiar with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Pipedrive -- any is fine).
Ability to work independently and follow structured processes.
Comfortable working in EST time zone.
Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory)
Experience with B2B engineering, manufacturing, industrial equipment, or 3D visualization projects.
Experience in cold email outreach, SDR workflows, or inside sales support.
Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Instantly.
Prior experience in proposal support or technical content writing.
