Dynamic Lighting Solutions LLP is hiring dynamic and result-oriented sales professionals to strengthen our presence across Odisha. We are looking for experienced candidates across multiple levels--Sales Executives, Area Sales Managers, Regional Sales Managers, and State Heads--who can drive business growth, manage channel partners, and expand market reach in the LED lighting industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales growth and achieve assigned targets in the respective territory
Develop and manage dealer/distributor networks
Identify new business opportunities and key accounts
Execute market expansion strategies and product promotions
Maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, and influencers
Conduct market analysis and competitor tracking
Ensure timely collections and follow-up on payments
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts
Desired Skills & Competencies
:
Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
Experience in channel sales, B2B sales, and project sales
Ability to manage territories and lead teams (for managerial roles)
Market knowledge of Odisha region preferred
Self-motivated, target-driven, and field-oriented
Industry Preference:
LED Lighting / Electricals / FMCG / Building Materials / Infrastructure / Similar Sales-driven Industries
Experience Requirement:
Individuals from Sales background from similar industry are also welcome with a minimum experience in 5+ years.
