Job Description

Key Responsibilities and Focus Area

1.

Outbound Calling

Making a high volume of calls, often using a script, to prospective customers (cold calling) to promote products, services, or special offers.

2.

Lead Generation & Appointment Setting

Identifying potential leads, qualifying their interest, and often setting up appointments or meetings for the Sales Executives.

3.

Handling Inbound Calls

Receiving calls from potential or existing customers to answer queries, provide basic product information, or resolve minor issues.

4.

Data Management

Accurately collecting, gathering, and updating customer information, feedback, and interaction details in the CRM or database.

5.

Meeting Targets

Working to meet daily, weekly, or monthly targets for call volume, lead qualification, or direct telesales conversions.

6.

Product Pitching

Clearly explaining product features, benefits, and pricing to generate interest and persuade customers.

7.

Follow-up

Following up on initial calls, emails, or marketing campaigns to gauge interest and move leads further down the funnel.
