Job Summary

We are looking for a

Sales Assistant & Cashier

who will be responsible for

billing, customer handling, upselling/cross-selling, and managing home delivery of grocery and health products

. The candidate should be proactive, customer-friendly, and capable of handling end-to-end store operations independently during busy hours.

Key Responsibilities

Billing & Cash Handling

Perform accurate billing using

Busy and B-POS software

Handle cash, UPI, card payments, and maintain daily billing accuracy Ensure proper invoice generation and bill closure

Sales & Customer Support

Attend walk-in customers and understand their requirements Actively

upsell and cross-sell

health, grocery, and wellness products Explain product benefits, offers, and combos to customers Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Home Delivery Management

Pack and prepare orders for home delivery Personally manage or coordinate

home delivery of grocery products

Ensure timely and correct delivery to customers

Inventory & Store Support

Assist in stock checking, shelf arrangement, and product display Inform management about low stock or fast-moving items Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store

Reporting & Coordination

Share daily sales and delivery updates with the reporting manager Coordinate with backend or warehouse team if required Follow company SOPs and sales guidelines
Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum

12th pass

(Graduation preferred) Experience in

retail sales / cashier role

preferred Working knowledge of

Busy, B-POS, or similar billing software

Basic computer and billing skills Good communication skills (Hindi mandatory, basic English preferred) Physically fit to handle store work and deliveries
