Job Description

We are seeking a friendly and efficient individual to join our team as a Cashier cum Service Assistant. This role involves preparing thickshakes, milkshakes, and other beverages, assisting in kitchen operations, managing customer interactions, and handling transactions. The ideal candidate will ensure excellent customer service and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction:

Greet customers warmly and assist them in placing orders. Provide information about menu items, ingredients, and promotions. Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.

Order Processing:

Accurately take and enter customer orders into the POS system. Relay orders to kitchen staff and ensure timely preparation. Package and serve orders efficiently.

Beverage Preparation:

Prepare a variety of milkshakes, thickshakes, and other beverages according to standard recipes. Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality.

Cash Handling:

Process payments through cash, credit/debit cards, and digital wallets. Issue receipts and return correct change. Balance the cash register at the beginning and end of shifts.

Kitchen Assistance:

Support kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area.

Maintenance & Cleanliness:

Keep the service and dining areas clean and organized. Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines.

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
