About the role: We\'re looking for a sales assistant who will primarily be dealing with sales of training registrations through phone and verbal interactions. The job is an in-office job, and does not require in-person meetings with customers.
Incentive of Rs.1000 per registration Work experience : Past experience in high-ticket sales in any field (preferably in hospitality, retail, healthcare, automobile, jewelery, etc.) Skills required for this position:
- You\'ll be the first point of contact for new inquiries for training enrolment.
- We are looking for a high level of enthusiam and customer friendliness
- Each potential customer is different, and we\'re looking for someone who is creative in selling the value proposition of our trainings.
- The responsibilities include connecting with our customers, building a fabulous customer relationship, providing exact and factual details about our training programmes, informing about pricing, dates, payment plans, certification benefits and much more.
- You need to be comfortable reaching out to people and being available for the customers on virtual mediums like phone, email, videoconferencing, etc. To ensure customer comfort.
