(Mechanical, Mechatronics, Automobile & Automation Technologies) Meet predefined metrics such as these and others as and when defined.- No of Clients visits- Enquiry generation- No of demonstrations- No of quotations generated- No of installations & clients trainings- Collections of receivables, EMD, SD, BG etc.- Meet profit numbers through protection of gross margins and cost optimization- Increase Clients data Base year on year- Ensure that installation and servicing is done as per L & M Standards- Ensure AMCs are generated and executed as per agreement- Stock Management and rotation to ensure quality, maintenance and availability- Audit processes to ensure compliance and assess service levels through clients interaction- Ensure Marketing Activities and Promotions are executed successfully- Quarterly Competitor Activity Analysis- Innovate through the introduction of new products and vendors- Effectively implement Company StrategyPeople Management- Timely recruitment of quality manpower- Induct new Joinees to L&M Culture, Rules and Regulations- Ensure minimum employee grievance- Ensure manpower productivity through minimum cost- Conduct effective performance appraisal- Continuous employee engagement post appraisal to affect individual performance- Ensure appropriate training to build skill and capability- Work with Team to develop second level leaders at all levels- Live the core values and ensure dissemination of the same within the teamReporting & Administration- Implementation and adherence of regional team to company rules, regulations and processes- Manage Travel and Conveyance Expenses to ensure cost optimization and adherence to Company Policy- Ensure timely payments to vendors and employees- Conduct weekly team meetings to monitor performance and plan schedule- Ensure to update and submit the documents as per the ISO- Formats, by first week of every month, without fail.- Accurate data entry with respect to Clients Visits, Demos, Expenses and Quotations / follow ups and report generation in Sale shark- Client visit data to be updated daily in the Sale shark Software- Ensure to keep GPS and MOBILE Data "ON" on all working days- Ensure regional reports are accurate and sent on time to Directors, HO and Management- Ensure one week prior permission for taking leave excluding emergency case (ref:updazz.com)
