Role & Responsibilities:

Understand customer requirements and provide suitable technical solutions Support sales activities with technical presentations and product demonstrations Prepare quotations, technical documents, and proposals Coordinate with internal teams for project execution and customer support Assist in site visits, installation support, and troubleshooting when required Maintain customer relationships and follow up on leads
