Senior Associate - Sales & Trade Marketing

Role Overview

The Senior Associate will play a crucial role in implementing trade marketing strategies, building relationships with referral partners, and ensuring smooth execution of sales-driven marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Trade Marketing & Branding: Lead execution of in-clinic branding, signage placement, and promotional material distribution.

- Sales & Referral Network Development: Build and maintain relationships with doctors, pharmacies, and diagnostic centers for referral business.

- Campaign & Promotion Execution: Plan and execute local marketing campaigns (doctor engagement programs, health camps, awareness drives).

- Market Research & Reporting: Conduct competitor analysis, provide insights, and maintain trade marketing reports.

Key Skills & Requirements

- Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred) in Marketing, Business, or related field.

- 2-4 years of experience in sales, marketing, or healthcare trade marketing.

- Strong relationship management and negotiation skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Proficiency in Excel and data-driven decision-making.

- Willingness to travel and conduct field visits.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
