Key Responsibilities:Telecaller Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to patients, clients, and referral sources.
Provide information about hospital services, health checkups, and packages.
Answer incoming calls, book appointments, and follow up on inquiries.
Maintain and update patient databases and call logs.
Generate leads through outbound calling campaigns.
Sales Executive Responsibilities:
Promote hospital services to corporates, clinics, and individual patients.
Meet with doctors, companies, and referral partners to build relationships.
Drive awareness about health packages, camps, and diagnostics.
Achieve monthly targets for leads, visits, and conversions.
Prepare reports on outreach and lead status.
Requirements:
Minimum Graduate (preferred in Marketing, Healthcare, or similar).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
Experience in hospital, clinic, or diagnostic center is a plus.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
