Key Responsibilities

Provide

technical support

for dashcams: installation guidance, troubleshooting, and usage training Contact transportation and logistics companies via phone, email, and CRM tools to identify needs and offer solutions Present TXT ELD's

dashcam and tracking products

clearly and persuasively to potential clients Assist customers with onboarding, ensuring smooth product setup and integration Maintain and update customer records, sales activities, and support tickets in the CRM Work closely with the Canadian team to ensure consistent service and follow-up Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction Stay up to date with dashcam technology, competitor products, and transportation compliance requirements

Qualifications

1-3 years of experience in

technical support and/or sales

(preferably in electronics, IT, or telematics) Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical customers Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Ability to work

night shifts

aligned with North American business hours Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.) is an asset Knowledge of dashcams, telematics, or the North American trucking industry is a strong plus
