We are seeking a dynamic and results driven Sales and Customer Support Manager to lead our sales initiatives and ensure exceptional customer service. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Management:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed performance goals.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Prepare sales forecasts and reports for senior management.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
Customer Support Management:
Oversee the customer support team to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and complaints.
Implement customer service policies and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction.
Monitor support metrics (e.g., response time, resolution rate) and drive continuous improvement.
Handle escalated customer issues and ensure prompt resolution.
Collaborate with other departments to improve the overall customer experience.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience (4+ years) in sales and customer support management.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and customer support tools.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Working Conditions:
Full-time position with standard working hours i.e. 9 AM - 6 PM, Monday to Saturday.
