Role and Responsibilities
Interact with customers over calls, WhatsApp, and email.
Understand customer requirements and explain company services clearly.
Handle customer queries and ensure smooth coordination throughout the project.
Maintain proper records of client interactions and update CRM systems.
Follow up with clients on ongoing projects and ensure timely communication.
Coordinate with internal teams for updates, escalation, and project completion.
Assist the sales team by identifying new or additional service opportunities.

Freshers and experienced candidates who:
Have good communication skills in English is mandatory.
Are confident and comfortable speaking with clients.
Have basic computer knowledge (email, WhatsApp Web, Microsoft Office).
Are positive, responsible, and willing to learn.
