Key Responsibilities
Manage inbound and outbound client inquiries through WhatsApp, email, and calls.
Convert leads into active clients by explaining products and addressing objections.
Provide post-sales support and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
Maintain detailed client records in CRM and follow up on pending actions.
Collaborate with the marketing and operations team to optimize client acquisition.
Handle escalations professionally and ensure quick resolution.
Required Skills
Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
Strong command of
English and Hindi
(both spoken and written).
Confident personality with a proactive, problem-solving attitude.
Experience in fintech, trading, or financial products is preferred.
Ability to multitask and handle client conversations with empathy and clarity.
Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline (Business, Finance, or Marketing preferred).
Minimum 2 years of proven experience in sales or customer support.
