Role Overview



We are seeking a

dynamic and empathetic female Sales and Support Executive

to become a key part of our admissions and student support team. This role is ideal for women professionals who are passionate about education and service, including those looking to

restart their career

after a professional break.

Key Responsibilities



1. Student Engagement & Counselling



Serve as the first point of contact for incoming enquiries via calls, WhatsApp, emails, and walk-ins. Counsel aspirants about Evolution's courses, faculty, mentoring systems, and success record. Understand aspirants' goals and recommend appropriate courses that suit their preparation phase. Handle follow-ups to convert leads into admissions.

2. Sales Support & Admissions



Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and enrolment status. Assist in admission formalities and payment coordination. Coordinate with the academic and technical team to ensure seamless onboarding for new students. Upsell and cross-sell courses based on evolving student needs.

3. Operational & Backend Support



Ensure smooth communication flow between departments and with students. Help organise orientation sessions and webinars for prospective and current students. Maintain courteous, professional communication at all times. Address concerns and feedback from enrolled students promptly and efficiently.

Desirable Qualifications & Attributes



Education

: Graduate in any discipline. Background in education, communication, or business administration is an advantage.

Experience

: 1-3 years preferred, but freshers and career restarters with potential will be considered.

Communication Skills

: Fluency in English and Hindi, with clear, confident speech and good writing skills.

Interpersonal Skills

: Patience, empathy, listening ability, and a student-friendly approach.

Technological Comfort

: Should be familiar with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail), CRM tools, and WhatsApp Web.

Sales Attitude

: Gentle persuasion with service-first orientation.
