We are looking for a dynamic and customer-centric Sales & After-Sales Support Associate to join our team. This role combines proactive sales, relationship building, and responsive post-purchase support. You will assist customers in managing sales pipeline, coordinate orders, and ensure smooth after-sales service. Key Responsibilities-
Sales & Customer Engagement:
Guide customers through product features, specifications, and use cases. Handle incoming inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, email, website chat, or social media. Provide personalized product recommendations based on customer needs and aesthetics. Maintain strong product knowledge of all Spectra Lights offerings. Manage CRM entries, follow-ups, and convert leads into sales. Assist with online demonstrations fo product. Order & Operations Handling:
Create quotations, shipping, and order summaries. Coordinate with warehouse/logistics for dispatches and delivery status. Track order progress and provide regular updates to customers. Ensure accurate documentation of customer orders and service requests. After-Sales Support:
Provide troubleshooting support for installations, connectivity issues, or product setup. Manage warranty claims, repairs, and replacements. Handle customer escalations professionally and ensure quick resolutions. Document recurring issues and provide feedback to the product and operations teams. Customer Relationship Management
Build long-term relationships with customers and ensure repeat business. Collect feedback and identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
