Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales And Service Specialist, based in Bengaluru, The Sales And Service Specialist will be responsible for driving sales, managing customer service, providing training, and overseeing sales management activities. This role involves interacting with clients to understand their needs, driving the sales process, providing excellent customer support, and ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction.

Qualifications

Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management Experience in providing Training and customer education Ability to manage and maintain client relationships Strong problem-solving and organizational skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
