Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Provide service, calibration, testing, and repair of surveying instruments (Total Stations, GNSS/GPS, Auto Levels, Theodolites) at the service center and customer sites. Achieve assigned service targets and ensure high service quality. Diagnose technical issues and prepare service and repair cost estimates. Perform installation, commissioning, calibration, and QC of instruments. Train customers on proper operation, maintenance, and basic software usage. Support product demonstrations, trials, and on-site technical assistance. Generate AMC, calibration, and periodic service enquiries; share sales leads. Maintain accurate service records, calibration reports, and entries in the ERP/CRM system. Adhere to company policies, safety standards, and quality procedures. Travel to customer sites as required.

Key Skills & Requirements

Strong technical and troubleshooting skills in surveying instruments. Good understanding of surveying workflows and field applications. Customer-focused mindset with effective communication skills. Strong time management, documentation, and reporting discipline. Willingness to travel extensively.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
