Generate and qualify leads by meeting with customers in a specific region.
Prepare and present technical proposals and quotes.
Support the sales team with market information and assist in closing deals.
Install, commission, and calibrate new machines at customer sites
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and software issues.
Perform preventive maintenance to ensure optimal machine performance and longevity.
Document all service activities, customer interactions, and parts replaced.
