Sales and Service Engineer ( Fresher)

Provide

technical support

installation

commissioning

servicing

of products at customer sites. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers. Handle

pre-sales and post-sales

activities, including demonstrations, trials, and resolving customer queries. Coordinate with internal teams for technical issues and customer support. Prepare service reports and maintain documentation for customer visits and service activities. Travel to client locations as required (local and outstation).

Qualifications & Skills:

Education:

Diploma / BE in

Electrical

,

Electronics & Communication (EC)

, or

Instrumentation & Control (IC)

Experience:

Freshers or candidates with

2-3 years

of experience in Sales, Service, or Technical Support roles.

Technical Knowledge:

Basic understanding of electrical systems, control panels, instruments, or industrial equipment.

Skills:

Good communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-focused with problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Willingness to travel as per job requirements.
