About Company: One of our esteemed client is the largest manufacturer of slack adjusters in India & the 2nd largest globally, They have 4 manufacturing plant in Tamil Nadu with a PAN India strength of 2000 employees. Their offices are in Pune and Chennai. With a market standing of over five decades had pioneered the indigenous development of self setting automatic slack adjusters for global and Indian markets. Their automatic slack adjusters are exported to Europe, North America, South Africa, Brazil, Korea, Mexico, and Russia. They have their own state-of-the-art research and development facility at Maraimalai Nagar, Chennai accredited by Government of India. They have set up a state-of-the-art foundry for the manufacture of SG iron castings. This foundry is equipped with DISA automatic high pressure flask-less vertically parted green sand molding machines, complete dust, and fume extraction systems.

An Ideal Candidate: An ideal candidate will be with either a diploma and five years of experience or a Bachelor\'s degree with three years of experience in the field of commercial vehicle after market sales. The ideal candidate should demonstrate a proven ability to meet sales targets, effectively manage receivables, and conduct market development activities and campaigns. Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and the local language are essential, both orally and in writing. Additionally, proficiency in tools such as MS Office is expected. The desired age range for applicants is around 30 years.

Key Competencies:
1. Sales Management: Develop and implement sales strategies to promote aftermarket products and services for commercial vehicles. Achieve and exceed sales targets within the designated market.
2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
3. Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities. Use insights to adapt sales strategies and stay ahead in the market.
4. Service Delivery: Provide efficient and timely after-sales service, including troubleshooting, maintenance, and support for commercial vehicle aftermarket products.
5. Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest products and innovations in the commercial vehicle aftermarket. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the products and services offered.
6. Training: Conduct training sessions for clients and internal teams on the effective use and maintenance of aftermarket products.
7. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales, service activities, and customer interactions. Prepare reports as required by the management.
8. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and technical support, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
