Job Description

Should have knowledge in Customer and Client Handling. Coordinate regarding Sales & Service to the Customers and Client across the India. Should have knowledge of Sending, Receiving, Replying E-mails of Customers, taking follow-ups of orders of customers and Clients. Should prepare and maintain client and customer databases. Ensuring order execution in a timely manner Coordinating with other departments to ensure material is dispatched and delivered on time to customers. Ensuring customer satisfaction. Handling customers to ensure timely deliveries and to ensure their queries requests are resolved. Calling existing and new customers and generating leads. Following with the service engineers to ensure that they complete their work on time and his work satisfied by the client. Coordinate with the dispatch team for delivery and dispatch on time and ensuring all have high-quality service and up-to-date delivery to the customer. Handling calls, emails, and messages when sales representatives are unavailable, answering customer queries, informing them of delays, arranging delivery dates, and scheduling marketing events. Handling orders by phone, email, or mail and checking the orders have the correct prices, discounts, and product numbers. Inputting orders in system, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time. Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales & service queries and deliveries are handled efficiently. Developing and maintaining filing systems so as to maintain sales & service records, prepare reports, and provide financial information to the finance department. Making the company's products and services as attractive to potential customers as possible.
