Key Responsibilities



Coordinate with the sales team to track leads, follow-ups, and closures. Assist in preparing quotations, invoices, and sales documentation. Handle customer calls and address queries related to products, pricing, and service requests. Schedule and coordinate service visits with the technical/service team. Maintain records of service requests, AMC schedules, warranty details, and customer interactions. Support the sales team in pre-sales and post-sales activities. Follow up with customers for payments, feedback, and pending documentation. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports for sales and service activities. Ensure timely closure of customer complaints and maintain high customer satisfaction. Coordinate with logistics for order dispatches, deliveries, and returns (if any).

Required Skills & Qualifications



Bachelor's degree (any stream preferred). 1-3 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or admin roles. Strong communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under minimal supervision. Customer-focused with good problem-solving ability. Experience in CRM or service management tools is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
