Plan, schedule, and manage the service calendar to ensure timely visits and maintenance.
Assign service tasks to technicians and track completion status.
Ensure smooth coordination between the service and sales teams.
Reporting and Documentation:
Prepare detailed service reports after each visit and submit them to clients promptly.
Maintain accurate records of service calls, customer feedback, and follow-up actions.
Customer Communication:
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to product servicing, installation, or maintenance.
Handle customer complaints or issues efficiently and ensure customer satisfaction.
Sales Support:
Promote and increase sales of Indoor Mosquito Trap Systems through proactive communication with clients and potential leads.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities during service interactions.
Assist the sales team with lead generation, quotations, and client follow-ups.
Performance Monitoring:
Track service efficiency, customer satisfaction, and report key metrics to management.
Suggest process improvements to enhance service quality and customer retention.
