Sales & Service Coordinator Post: Sales and service coordinator Location: Pune. Operation Area: NA. Inhouse office work Qualification: BE Electronics / Computer Science Reporting To: Service HOD Skill Requirements: ₹ Minimum 8 years of experience in in-house sales or service coordinator role. ? Fluent in English and mail communication ? MS Excel Advance. ? In-depth product knowledge & ability to identify different parts of the machine. ? Good Intra-personal skills and time-management skills for internal coordination. Responsibilities: ₹ Quoting spares required by the end user ? Coordinating with service team for the right spare part required by end user ? Coordinating and tracking orders with purchase team. Keep close follow-up with them. ? Coordinating with logistics agencies to get best quote and finding out most economical solutions for dispatch of spares parts. ? Lining up all documentation related activities for dispatched. ? Tracking status of dispatches until order is received by end user. ? Assess telephonic client issues and provide recommendations to fix problems by telephonic guidance ? Assess the on-field service needs of clients and assign service engineer of the region ? Ensure adequate, timely, and cost-effective services and respond to any issues that occur during the delivery of services. ? Maintain good communication with customer & field service engineer to assure there are no gaps in services ? Ensure the necessary spares are dispatched with proper documentation and follow up to fill ongoing service needs ? Create and maintain a database of clients and tracking clients' service records. ? Maintain good relationships with service providers and clients to keep customer base ? Answer calls and respond to email inquiries in the office ? Analysing service revenue sales wrt machine sales & submitting monthly report. ? Facilitating programs and services, job training, and transportation. ? Monitoring the services being provided , evaluating the quality of services and identifying areas that need improvements. ? Following up with clients regularly to assess and ensure their satisfaction. ? Sending AMC offers & assists service managers and engineers in orders and approaching new customers. ? Work with marketing department to ensure smooth execution of media campaign.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,692.86 - ₹31,821.98 per month
