Indiatech Systems & Forms is looking for a proactive and organized
Sales & Service Coordinator
to support our sales and service operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating between customers, sales team, and service technicians to ensure smooth business operations and high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming customer enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and online leads
Coordinate with sales team for lead follow-ups and order processing
Prepare quotations, follow up with customers, and assist in closing sales
Coordinate service calls, installation schedules, and service visits
Maintain customer records, service reports, and sales documentation
Follow up on pending payments and coordinate with accounts team
Ensure timely communication between customers, technicians, and internal teams
Prepare daily/weekly sales and service status reports
Required Skills & Qualifications
Any graduation preferred
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
Good communication skills in English & Malayalam
Ability to handle multiple tasks and coordinate effectively
Basic understanding of sales or service processes (preferred)
Freshers can apply (training will be provided)
Experience
0-2 years of experience in sales coordination, service coordination, or customer support preferred
Salary
