Support the Rescue team, client communication, scheduling, and reporting.
Coordinate customer service activities, ensuring timely and effective resolution of client issues and team coordination.
Maintain accurate all records, client data and documentation.
Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments (e.g., logistics, billing, technical support).
HR Compliance Support
Monitor adherence to HR policies/Compliances and procedures to be assure to the client and communicate with the Client HR requirement.
Maintain personnel files and ensure confidentiality and security of the Client Records.
Track and report on compliance training, certifications, and labour law postings
Maintain attendance of the team and report to own HR
Support audits and ensure documentation is complete and up-to-date in line with labour laws and company policies.
Collaborate with HR and management to address employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with legal standards.
