We are seeking energetic and driven individuals to join our Retention / Renewal team as Unit Sales Managers. In this voice-based sales role, you will be responsible for retaining existing customers by facilitating policy renewals, resolving customer concerns, and driving persistency.
Key Responsibilities
Engage existing customers over the phone to promote, explain, and process policy renewals.
Understand customer needs, suggest relevant add-ons or enhancements to policies.
Meet monthly/quarterly renewal / retention targets.
Handle customer objections, escalations, and turnaround efforts professionally.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Log and maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and outcomes in internal systems / CRM.
Adhere strictly to compliance, process guidelines, and regulatory standards at all times.
Candidate Profile
Education:
Graduate (full-time or part-time)
Experience:
0 - 2 years (freshers welcome)
Skills & Attributes:
Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi
Strong persuasive and negotiation skills
Customer-first mindset; empathy & patience
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
Good listening skills and objection handling
Basic computer literacy; ability to work with CRM / internal tools
Other Details
Shift: Fixed shift -- 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM (office)
Working Days: 5 days/week (rotational weekly offs)
Process Type: Voice-based retention / renewal sales
