Minimum 1+ years of experience in sales/Business development/Inside sales experience in
recruitment industry
Solid understanding of inside sales, email campaigns, and lead generation strategies.
Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and client coordination.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Willingness to travel as required for client meetings, events, or onboarding activities
Basic understanding of the marine industry and related talent requirements.
Ability to maintain accurate records and prepare detailed reports on outreach, onboarding, and conversions.
Gather market feedback and recommend improvements to services and client engagement strategies.
