A) Eligible Criteria: Education: Bachelor\'s degree in engineering Experience: 4-5 years of experience in sales and purchase roles, preferably in the Engineering sector. Gender Preference: Female candidates are preferred for this role. B) : Sales Management * Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and promote the programs and services. * Identify and prospect potential clients, including corporates, Government construction and individuals, through networking, cold calling, and other outreach methods. * Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, to understand their needs and preferences understanding and providing tailored solutions. * Sending Offer via Email or hard copy as per client enquiry and requirement along with all the details, And Taking follow-up for sent offers. * Conduct sales presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations to secure new business opportunities and contracts. * Monitor sales pipeline, and generate reports on sales performance, trends, and forecasts. * Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competition, and opportunities for product improvement or expansion. Purchase Management: * Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to procure goods and services required for the institution\xe2\x80\x99s operations, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality standards. * Manage the procurement process from requisition to delivery, including issuing purchase orders, tracking shipments. * Maintain accurate records of purchases, inventory levels, and supplier contracts, updating relevant systems and documentation as needed. * Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as department heads and finance, to forecast demand, plan procurement activities, and optimize inventory management. Customer Relationship Management (CRM): * Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and vendors, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and resolving any issues or discrepancies and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. * Provide timely and proactive communication to clients regarding product updates, promotions, and other relevant information. Market Research and Analysis: * Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics related to the education sector, Government Sector, Pvt Sector, conducting market research and analysis as needed. * Identify opportunities for business expansion, product development, and strategic partnerships, presenting recommendations to management for consideration. Maintain file for related Documents: * Perform Document file related to sales and purchase operations, such as preparing sales contracts, purchase orders, invoices, and other documentation. * Maintain accurate and organized records of sales activities, purchase transactions, and related correspondence, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
