Job Description

The Sales and Projects Follow-Up Coordinator will be responsible for managing dealer sales follow-ups and supporting project coordination activities. The role requires close coordination with dealers, internal teams, and project heads to ensure timely execution of sales orders and smooth completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities



Sales Follow-Up



Regular follow-up with dealers regarding enquiries, quotations, orders, and payments Maintaining dealer communication records and updating sales status reports Coordinating with accounts and dispatch teams for timely billing and deliveries Supporting the sales team in preparing quotations, proforma invoices, and order confirmations Ensuring timely collection of outstanding payments from dealers

Project Coordination



Assisting in planning and tracking project activities and timelines Coordinating with internal departments (production, stores, service, logistics) for smooth execution of projects Monitoring project progress and preparing regular follow-up reports Communicating project updates to concerned stakeholders Supporting documentation and records related to projects

Reporting & Documentation



Preparing daily/weekly follow-up reports Maintaining proper documentation of sales and project records Ensuring accuracy of data in MIS reports
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
