Position :Sales & Process Trainer

Location: C-Scheme, Jaipur

Salary: Up to ₹30,000/month

Experience: Minimum 1 year

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct induction programs to onboard new employees

- Deliver structured training on sales processes, product knowledge & customer handling

- Assess training needs and customize sessions for improved team performance

- Monitor & evaluate training effectiveness with actionable feedback

- Collaborate with management to align training with business goals

- Maintain updated, consistent training material

What We're Looking For:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales & Process training or similar role

- Strong understanding of sales processes & customer engagement techniques

- Excellent presentation, communication & interpersonal skills

- Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
