Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven School/Coaching Outreach Manager to spearhead our lead generation and sales efforts through direct engagement with schools and coaching institutes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with educational institutions, promoting Easetolearn's AI-powered platform, and driving sales conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and connect with schools and coaching centers across assigned territories.
Visit institutions to demonstrate Easetolearn's AI-driven study solution and its benefits to students and educators.
Build and maintain strong relationships with school principals, coaching heads, and decision-makers.
Organize seminars, product demos, and workshops to showcase the platform's features and value.
Achieve monthly lead generation and sales targets through field visits and follow-ups.
Collect feedback from educators and students to help improve the product offering.
Maintain detailed records of outreach activities, leads, and sales conversions.
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to strategize outreach campaigns.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Education/Marketing preferred).
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in field sales, educational outreach, or institutional sales.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to persuade and build long-term professional relationships.
Self-motivated with a go-getter attitude and strong organizational skills.
Willingness to travel extensively for field visits.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in the edtech or education sector.
Understanding of AI-driven learning tools and assessments.
Fluency in English is a plus.
