Sales & Order Coordinator
Talk to customers, understand their event and trophy requirement, and guide them properly.
Check customer design references with design and factory teams to confirm if it can be made and by when.
Handle the full order from enquiry to dispatch, with basic understanding of manufacturing processes and timelines.
