About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic
Sales & Operations Executive
who can handle both client acquisition and internal coordination. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, experience in digital marketing services, strong email writing skills, and the ability to prepare professional proposals for clients.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales Responsibilities
Generate leads through calls, emails, and social platforms.
Pitch digital marketing/IT products to potential clients.
Understand client requirements and prepare customized proposals.
Handle client communication, follow-ups, and convert leads into business.
Maintain CRM and update daily sales activities.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Operations Responsibilities
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, design, content, technical) for client onboarding.
Assist in managing project timelines and ensuring timely delivery.
Handle client emails, documentation, and proposal formatting.
Support the operations team with day-to-day workflow and reporting.
Maintain records, reports, and operational documents.
Ensure smooth communication between clients and the internal team.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum
1 year experience
in digital or IT product sales.
Excellent communication skills
in
Hindi, English & Bengali
.
Knowledge of
digital marketing services
, proposals, and business presentations.
Strong email writing, coordination, and follow-up abilities.
Ability to manage both sales and operations responsibilities efficiently.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office is a plus.
