Handle customer inquiries, quotations, and order confirmations.
Coordinate with clients and dealers for follow-ups, payments, and dispatch schedules.
Maintain sales records, reports, and CRM updates.
Support the field sales team with documentation, lead tracking, and after-sales coordination.
Operations Management
Manage day-to-day office operations including logistics coordination, dispatch, and stock management.
Coordinate between production, purchase, and sales departments to ensure timely delivery.
Track material movement, order status, and service claims.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales & operations reports for management.
Customer & Dealer Support
Handle warranty and service claim communications.
Ensure timely updates and resolutions for customer concerns.
Build strong relationships with existing and new dealers.
Requirements
Education:
Bachelor's degree
Experience:
0-1 years in sales coordination, operations, or similar roles.
Skills:
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Experience with CRM, inventory, or ERP systems (preferred).
Ability to multitask and handle operational pressure.
