Key Responsibilities:
Sales:
Onboard new clients for retreats, workshops, and corporate programs.
Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients and partners.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Track sales metrics and prepare reports for management.
Operations:
Coordinate logistics for retreats, workshops, and events (venue bookings, travel, accommodations, etc.).
Work closely with the wellness team to ensure smooth program delivery.
Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely procurement of resources.
Assist in maintaining quality standards and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field.
Proven experience in sales, operations, or event management.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Passion for wellness, mindfulness, and holistic practices is a plus.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
