Define and execute sales strategy for packing & sealing machinery, automation systems, and related consumables
Drive business development across FMCG, food & beverage, pharma, chemical, and industrial sectors
Build and manage distributor, dealer, and OEM networks
Lead key account management and major contract negotiations
Achieve sales targets, improve market penetration, and grow repeat business
Analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs
Operations & Execution
Oversee complete order lifecycle: inquiry to dispatch, installation, and commissioning
Coordinate with manufacturing, engineering, procurement, and logistics teams
Ensure production planning aligns with sales forecasts
Optimize operational costs, inventory, and lead times
Implement and monitor SOPs, quality standards, and safety norms
Team Leadership
Lead and develop sales, service, and operations teams
Set targets, review performance, and conduct regular training
Build a results-driven, customer-focused organization
After-Sales & Customer Satisfaction
Ensure strong after-sales service, AMC, spares, and technical support
Handle customer escalations and ensure resolution
Improve customer retention and long-term relationships
Strategic & Financial Management
Prepare annual sales plans, budgets, and forecasts
Monitor P&L related to sales and operations
Support leadership in expansion, new product launches, and capacity planning

Sales revenue and order booking
Gross margins and cost efficiency
On-time delivery and installation
Customer satisfaction and repeat orders
Team productivity and pipeline health
