Greet and guide customers in selecting tiles, sanitaryware, and bath fittings based on their needs and budget
Manage daily showroom operations, including staff coordination and inventory upkeep
Prepare and follow up on quotations, invoices, and client records
Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, and retail customers
Ensure product displays and showroom presentation are attractive and updated
Track sales targets, monitor performance, and report to the owner
Handle vendor communication, stock requirements, and timely ordering
Resolve customer issues and ensure a smooth after-sales experience
Motivate and train showroom staff to deliver excellent service
Required Skills:
Strong sales and negotiation skills, especially in retail or building materials
Good product knowledge (tiles, sanitaryware, bath fittings) or ability to learn quickly
Excellent communication in Hindi and basic English for dealing with diverse customers
Leadership and team management experience
Computer literacy (MS Office, billing software, email, WhatsApp communication)
Ability to manage inventory, orders, and daily reporting
Customer-first approach with problem-solving attitude
Organized, punctual, and detail-oriented
Experience & Qualifications
Education
Graduate (any stream) preferred - B.Com, BBA, or equivalent
MBA or diploma in sales/marketing/retail management is an added advantage
Experience
3-5 years of experience in showroom sales, retail, or building material industry
Prior experience in
tiles, sanitaryware, bath fittings, or construction materials
is strongly preferred
Experience in managing a small team or handling daily operations will be valued
