Job Title: Operations & Sales Intern Location: Bhiwadi, Rajasthan Start Date: Immediate Duration: 6 months (Full-time Internship) Stipend: 7k - 10K/month

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Intern to join our travel operations team. The ideal candidate will assist in day-to-day travel operations, including ticketing, itinerary packaging, and customer coordination -- ensuring smooth and delightful travel experiences for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the operations team in travel bookings, ticketing, and itinerary preparation. Assist in packaging travel plans, including hotels, transfers, and sightseeing. Coordinate with clients to confirm bookings, answer queries, and ensure timely communication. Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and travel documents. Handle customer interactions with professionalism and provide after-sales assistance when required. Collaborate with vendors and service providers for seamless execution of trips. Ensure all travel documents and vouchers are correctly issued and dispatched. Assist in resolving operational or customer issues promptly and efficiently.

Skills & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree (pursuing or completed) in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or related fields. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic understanding of travel booking platforms and documentation processes (preferred). Attention to detail, multitasking ability, and a customer-first attitude. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and Email communication).
