The Sales and Marketing Executive will be responsible for engaging with prospects and guests daily, driving sales through effective communication and relationship-building, and maintaining thorough records of interactions. This role requires a proactive approach to understanding customer needs, monitoring market conditions, and collaborating with other departments to enhance the company's brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

1.

Prospect and Guest Interaction:

- Interact with prospects and guests daily to generate interest and build rapport.

- Conduct calls and face-to-face meetings to engage with guests, addressing their needs and queries effectively.

2.

Relationship Building:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and previous guests to foster loyalty and repeat business.

- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring guests feel valued and satisfied.

3.

Sales Record Maintenance:

- Maintain accurate records of all sales leads and guest accounts, documenting interactions and follow-ups.

- Utilize CRM software to manage and track guest information and sales activities.

4.

Product Education:

- Educate guests on how the company's products or services can benefit them, tailoring information to meet their specific needs.

- Deliver clear and compelling product presentations to inform and persuade guests.

5.

Market and Competitor Monitoring:

- Monitor the company's industry competitors, new products, and market conditions to stay informed about industry trends.

- Analyze market data to understand customer needs and adapt sales strategies accordingly.

6.

Cross-Department Collaboration:

- Work closely with other departments such as Marketing, Product Development, and Customer Support to ensure cohesive brand messaging and strategy.

- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of marketing and sales initiatives.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.

- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications



Graduate in any discipline . ( Bachelor or Diploma in Tourism preferable ) 2+ Year Experience in holidays and travel industry Excellent communication skills Should be multi-lingual Ability to ask open-ended questions and uncover information Ability to work as part of a team Well organized, meticulous attention to detail with ability to multi-task
