Sales and Operations ExecutiveAbout the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales and Operations Executive to join our team in the heavy machinery lifting industry. This role is critical to driving sales growth, optimizing operational efficiency, and ensuring customer satisfaction.ResponsibilitiesProactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in the heavy machinery lifting sector.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
Negotiate contracts and manage pricing strategies to maximize profitability.
Coordinate and manage the logistics of machinery lifting projects, including scheduling, resources, and communication with various stakeholders.
Monitor project progress and identify potential roadblocks, proactively seeking solutions.
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
Ensure smooth and efficient operations by coordinating with the operations team to optimize workflows.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, project details, and customer interactions.
Assist in the preparation of presentations and proposals for prospective clients.
Provide support to the sales team and ensure smooth execution of projects.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales and operations within the heavy machinery lifting industry (preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
