Role Summary
The Sales & Operations Executive will support revenue growth and operational execution across our B2B media and directory platform. This role is ideal for high-potential B-school talent looking to build hands-on experience in B2B sales, partnerships, client servicing, and business operations, with direct exposure to senior leadership and strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Drive B2B sales for advertising, sponsorships, directory listings, and partnerships.
Identify, engage, and manage prospective and existing clients within the apparel & textile ecosystem.
Support deal closures, proposals, pricing discussions, and client onboarding.
Ensure smooth execution of client campaigns, listings, and partnerships.
Track sales pipeline, client performance, and operational metrics using CRM/tools.
Support marketing initiatives, platform growth activities, and industry events.
Requirements
0-3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, operations, or growth roles.
Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Analytical, execution-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Interest in B2B platforms, media, marketplaces, or industry ecosystems.
Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings or industry events.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
